Kenneth brings 30 years of experience in the high technology industry building successful organizations that deliver global solutions. Kenneth founded and built KPI Consulting/Developerprogram.com, successfully selling to an investment firm in 2014. Kenneth and his team have created and operated a successful developer program SaaS infrastructure that expanded across 14 countries.
In addition, Kenneth has served as a board member for First Texas Bank, Round Rock Christian Academy and Oracle Applications User Group.
Steve has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications, management consulting, software, and computer hardware industries. He has both operational and strategic business planning experience, together with marketing, product management, sales, consulting, and technology development skills. Steve leads tapNpay's partner and marketing group.
Deedra is responsible for all technical development and operations at tapNpay. She brings 20-plus years of operational and technical experience having previously been the Chief Operating Officer at Developerprogram.com and KPI Consulting.
Vlad is responsible for the design and management of the tapNpay SaaS infrastructure. Frantskevich, is a development, IT specialist and system architect veteran with over 20 years of experience, many in the financial services industry.
Kristi is responsible for office management, communications, human resources, and accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures, and also manages and oversees employee benefits and administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the company. In addition, Kristi maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing and oversees effective communications.
Tatiana is responsible for consumer customer service. tapNpay has tens of thousands of consumer customers using our service daily. tapNpay is a simple system to register and use, but from time to time, our customers require individual attention. Tatiana and her team strive to ensure each and every customer gets one-on-one service until their issues are resolved.
